Derick L. Drumm is a Real Estate Broker, a Realtor®, a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE), a Certified HAFA Specialist (CHS), a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), and has a certificate in Internet Professionalism (e-Pro). Derick has lived in the Bay Area all of his life and graduated from Oceana High School in Pacifica. He served his country for almost seven years in the United States Navy where he attained the rank of ETI (Electronics Technician First Class, or E6). Derick later graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (BSBM). He was licensed by the State of California as a Real Estate Broker in November of 2005, just as the market peaked and began its descent. Derick has found success in this declining market by focusing on the success of his clients and ensuring that his clients receive outstanding customer service.
Andrea Szekrenyi started off her Real Estate career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Science, Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. During her more than 13 year career she has consistently been a top producing agent. More recently, Andrea helped build and run a team that successfully closed over 220 REO or bank owned transaction over the past two years. For the two years prior, Andrea ran the Castro Valley Keller Williams Office and helped grow it to where it is today. Andrea’s true passion is helping families buy and sell homes, so she decided to move from management back into full time Real Estate sales. Her philosophy of helping clients is putting every ounce of energy, her vast knowledge and experience to work for each and every client, while at the same time delivering personalized attention.
